We have a monthly coworking membership giving you access to over 20,000 square feet of shared space. This includes a 3,500 square foot roof terrace, pantries, lounges, hot desks, booths, meeting rooms, phone booths.
Our amenities include a free on site coffee barista, premium teas and coffee on every floor, roof terrace, mailroom, secure bike store, showers, quiet room, new mother’s room, events programme, kitchens and more.
No, we LOVE dogs. Well behaved dogs are welcome throughout the workspace. We even keep dog treats at the front desk and have events exclusively for the dogs of Shoreditch Exchange.
We are a 90 second walk from Hoxton station (give us a wave as you go past the building on the tube), an 8 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street Station, a 12 minute walk to Old Street station and a 15 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station. 20 minutes to the West End, 10 minutes to South London and easily commutable from across East, North and West London.
We have over 90 meeting rooms throughout the building. All of our meeting rooms with 4 person capacity or more have AV equipment. From 2 people discussion rooms, to board rooms, classrooms and everything in between. All of our meeting rooms are bookable on the app, with private office and dedicated desk members receiving monthly credits that can be used to book the rooms.

If you have a private office, dedicated desk or a coworking membership you are welcome to bring a guest into our shared areas for a few hours to have a chat, a coffee or a cup of tea. We have over 50 acoustically treated phone booths. Phone booths are free to use whether you’re a hot desker, have a private office or with us for the day.
Amazing amazing. 3,500 square feet of outdoor space on the 6th floor of the building looking out over East London, North London and South London. You can see everything from Stratford, London Fields to the London Eye. With high speed wifi you can work out on the terrace (or watch Netflix – we don’t judge), have a beer or top-up your tan.
Yes. Our building is step free from lower ground to our sixth floor terrace. We have accessible toilets on every floor of the building.
Shoreditch Exchange is open 24/7 to ensure you can work however and whenever you want.
Our costs are all inclusive. The space, the coffee barista, the beer, the mailroom, the events programme, the premium teas and the fun are all included in the pricing. We even give you credits to use our meeting rooms every month.
We have private offices for 1 – 200 people at Shoreditch Exchange. All workspace comes fully furnished. Our office spaces can all be customised by our members with their own furniture or artwork.
Yes! From 4 – 8pm Monday to Friday our beer (and cider) taps are on. They create a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends to talk about work (or not!).
Yes! Our barista is probably the most popular person in the building and seems to have about 1,300 coffee orders memorised. The coffee bar is a great place to take a moment to catch up with the community team, friends and colleagues while you get that caffeine rush.
We offer a varied and fun free event programme. Plenty of food, plenty of drink and sometimes even something educational. Whether it’s a breakfast, quiz or a cocktail hour, our events are a chance for our community to come together whether you have a hot desk, private office or are popping in to use our workspace for the day.
